Q1 Should I contact the ferry company before the sailing date to verify the departure time?

Yes, this is very important.

It is a requirement in our Terms and Conditions that you contact the ferry company 24 hours before the scheduled sailing time/date in order to check if the ferry time has been changed or if the ferry has been cancelled.

As soon as we are notified by a ferry company of any changes to their scheduled sailing times we endeavor to contact our clients. However if the ferry company fails to notify us or changes are made close to the scheduled sailing time/date we may not always be able to make contact with you.
