Most ferry companies automatically make the ticket good for the next available ferry or offer an alternative arrangement.

As soon as we receive details of any changes to scheduled departure times or a cancellation notice from the ferry company we contact you by email or by telephone [if you have provided a number], with the details.

Following the issue of a ferry e-ticket, physical ticket or e-voucher the contract for passage is between you and the relevant ferry company, the terms and conditions of the ferry company apply in conjunction with our own Terms and Conditions.

As a ticketing agent we are available for assistance at any time on our 24/7 helpline [in English]. In the event of multiple ferry bookings, wherever possible we provide assistance with re-scheduling of 'down-the-line' ferries and en-route hotels booked through us.
