Q10 After I make the booking, how will I receive the ticket?

Depending upon the ferry company providing the service and certain other circumstances, there are several ways we issue ferry tickets, e-tickets and e-vouchers.

Generally, as soon as we receive payment we double check availability, make the booking and send you all the final information together with a printable e-ticket or e-voucher by email.

Some ferry companies require a 'physical ticket' to be issued, in which case this can either be collected from our offices in Bodrum or sent by courier service. You will be advised if this is a requirement.

Most ferry companies now allow tickets to be collected at the port upon presentation of either our e-voucher and/or the passport of the named lead passenger. An additional fee is sometimes levied by the ferry company for this service.

At the time of check-in, whatever form of ticket validation is presented, you will be issued with a boarding pass and if the booking includes a return crossing you will be issued with a ticket for the return leg of the journey.
